Making barrels


One of many special displays in the Enkhuizen Zuiderzee Museum, depicting professions of a century ago. They are manned by expert volunteers rather than mannequins.

Outside the classroom

One of many highlights of the Zuiderzee Museum Enkhuizen is the old village school. Outside the classroom was space for the children to leave their wooden shoes. A lovely sight.
