A shot I took on a day trip to nearby Deventer last week, where in some of the streets they had hung scores of umbrellas to liven up the place. Successfully.

Nets

Not surprisingly, fishing and all its attributes play an important role in the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen. Outside the classroom

One of many highlights of the Zuiderzee Museum Enkhuizen is the old village school. Outside the classroom was space for the children to leave their wooden shoes. A lovely sight.
